Brown, and Golhaa meets at an international convention. Brown asks
Putin and Golhaa. "What do you do with a person in your cabinet that
you want to get rid of but cannot dispose of easily?"
Putin replies without hesitation, " I will send him to Siberia".
Golhaa thinks and say, "I will make him Vice President".
'The Demented One' last sighted in
Rundinge Party meeting on 20 November (4 days ago). According to
our sources, "he just came and went, it was the funniest thing!
He looked very confused!"
